The Institute's priority is to partner in building an informed and integrated child welfare system through collaborative research that can be translated into effective and efficient practice. The goal is to emphasize the need to move toward evidence-based/evidence-informed child welfare practice through replication of existing EBP programs and/or utilizing innovative ideas to develop practices that can be validated through program evaluation and intervention research.
