Workforce Well-being
About
The AWE program takes pride in offering workforce well-being resources to participating AWE sites. Our efforts aim to create a confidential and safe environment for professionals to openly discuss and navigate the challenges inherent in their crucial roles. Well-being differs depending on the individual, so the AWE program invites professionals to explore and define their individual concepts of well-being. Participating AWE sites are empowered to translate their definitions of well-being into actionable steps. This voluntary journey is tailored to each participant's unique needs, fostering a sense of ownership over their well-being.
Goals
Fortify child welfare professionals
Enhance the resilience of participating AWE sites
Elevate overall job satisfaction

Qualified consultants experienced in organizational well-being provide all AWE site members with well-being resources and activities to ensure meaningful agency-wide change can be achieved.
What to Expect
The workforce well-being support for child welfare professionals provides a secure and confidential environment where they can openly discuss and navigate the challenges inherent in their roles. This dedicated space is led by a well-being consultant and is designed to foster trust and privacy, allowing professionals to explore and define their individual concepts of well-being. Through this process, the aim is also to identify the specific components of well-being that professionals desire to incorporate into their work environment. Ultimately, the service is dedicated to fortifying professionals, enhancing their resilience, and improving their overall satisfaction within their roles.
Well-being and resiliency activities provided by the AWE team are completely voluntary and confidential to the participating AWE sites.
