Authentic engagement with families involved in the child welfare system is a recommended best practice. This webinar will explore how Motivational Interviewing supports engagement. The presenters will review its components and applications with parents who often experience feeling coerced to engage in conversations and services. Ms. Luther has been an active member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers since 2007, providing trainings to hundreds of professionals across a range of  behavioral focused applications.

Questions about the webinar can be directed to Tai Cole (tcole@fsu.edu).
